Summon Telkhine

The caster releases one of the Telkhines from its Tartarian prison. Telkhines are sea-daimones of vast powers. They bring hailstorms and blizzards and cause great devastation. They are also great sages and unparalleled craftsmen. Their dabbling in stygian magic caused their final downfall and imprisonment. Telkhines are able to change their shape. In their demonic form their magic powers over storms and the sea are increased. In human shape their skills in forging are increased.
