Strategy

How to win once you know how the game works: armies, tactics and what to build, with the mercenary companies the game's data lists. Any guide on this wiki is one player's view, not reference, and says which version of the game it was last reviewed for. The reference tables hold the rules a guide leans on.

Where to start

  1. Pick your first nation

A nation is what your god inherits. You need one to start, and a few are easier to learn on than the rest.

  2. Units

One row is one unit: recruitable, summoned or independent. If you are new, Protection and Hit points say how long it lasts, and Magic resistance how well it shrugs off spells.

  3. Mercenary companies

One row is one mercenary company. Min bid is the lowest bid the data lists, Ages says when the company can appear, and Commander and Troops link to their unit pages.
